SERVICE SUPERSTAR?
Our bookings are going GANG BUSTERS in the Fat and Skinny HQ and we are on the hunt for casual service staff for our wedding and event catering. We whip up our deliciousness in warehouses, gardens, farms, breweries, bars, backyards and wineries all around Melbourne, where you’ll be preparing and serving fresh, fabulous tucker to our wonderful clients and their guests, before heading back to our HQ in Nunawading to clean and pack everything away, and share a bevvie with your new work buddies.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
Fat and Skinny are a happy team of fabulous dudes who love to cook, dance, laugh and eat. We’re big believers that the best teams are made up of a bunch of nobodies, who love everybody, serve anybody and don't care about becoming a somebody. Our crew are quick thinking and quick moving. We do fun stuff like drink champagne at work, listen to really loud tunes and try not to wet our pants laughing. We take the business of feeding a crowd very seriously, but we don't take ourselves very seriously at all. We always want more food, more fun, more love, more everything.
Our purpose is to not only deliver food, but to bring atmosphere, laughter, dancing and joy to all events we are invited to cater for. Our team are the key to our success and represent our brand in everything we do. We strongly encourage our dudes to bring some personality and individuality to work, and to incorporate this in every aspect of our service delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL GET OUT OF IT
On-going, casual work, generally on the weekend, and mostly on Saturday nights. We expect you to assume you’re working every weekend, but we encourage you to have at least one weekend off a month so you don’t go crazy. And as we don’t expect minimum people doing minimum work, we pay above minimum wage. Plus you’ll get to work with us - a crew focused on friendship, fun and food. We love our people, love our job, love the love and want to love you too.
